Platform Overview

The Bahri MOC & PCR Platform provides a centralized digital workspace for managing two key corporate governance workflows.

Platform Modules

The application is organized into the following modules, accessible from the sidebar navigation:

Main Dashboard — Personal notification center and entry point. Displays all unread notifications, action items, and quick links to active MOCs and PCRs.

Accessible only to users with the Admin role.

User Management — Create, edit, and delete user accounts. Assign roles, departments, and access levels.
Analytics and Reports — Visual dashboards with charts and statistics covering MOC/PCR volumes, status breakdowns, and departmental activity.

Initiate MOC — Start a new MOC by filling out the Originator form (Part A) and assigning an Implementer.
MOC Tracking — Live tracking view showing all MOCs the user is involved in. Displays progress through the six-step lifecycle with status badges and action buttons.
MOC Archive — Searchable table of all completed and in-progress MOCs with filtering, sorting, pagination, and CSV export.
Paper-based MOC Archive — Repository for legacy paper-based MOC records that have been digitized into the system.

Initiate PCR — Create a new PCR with the originator form, affected parties table, and signature routing.
PCR Tracking — Live tracking view for all PCRs the user has access to. Shows signature progress and completion status.
PCR Archive — Searchable table of all PCRs with status filters and export capability.
Paper-based PCR Archive — Repository for legacy paper-based PCR records.

Accessible only to Admin users.

Create New — Build an annual MOC review document covering the year's MOC activity, effectiveness assessments, and improvement actions.
Recent Reviews — View and edit previously created year-end review documents.

Auto-reminders	Daily cron job sends urgency-graded reminders for overdue or upcoming deadlines
Clone	MOCs and PCRs can be cloned to create new instances with pre-filled data
Chat	Per-MOC chat rooms for real-time collaboration among assigned stakeholders
Impact & Risk assessment	Structured hazard categorization and risk attachment for MOCs
PDF export	Print-ready views for MOC tracking cards and year-end review documents
Analytics	Charts and statistics for MOC/PCR volumes, department breakdowns, and user activity
